Zacząłem również stosować dietę białkową. Na razie chcę nabrać masy i zrzucić tkankę tłuszczową. W każdym razie zmierzając do meritum: przydałby mi się jakiś plan. Tak jak pisałem: na 3-4 dni w tyg. po 1-2h. Na siłowni jest większość maszyn, różne ławeczki i większość sztang. Hmm, od razu zapytam czy polecacie jakieś suple jeszcze? Z góry dzięki! Kleszczu

Czasami kilku dniowe trasy po 700-1000 km, a czasami krótkie wycieczki po 50-100km

Szukam jakiejś kolarzówki, do 2,5 k zł. Rower potrzebny mi jest do długich tras. Fajnie by było gdyby można było nim czasem pojeździć po leśnych drogach. No i ważne jest, żeby był lekki, to chyba wszystko.

This text is abouth searching work in our times. Finding work is much more dificult nowdays, and become more and more.. Requirements are higher, beacuse a lot of people now had finished collage, so employer require more, like driving license, ability to operate computer, good command skills, creative, determined and more. To find work we must send the CV to employer, if we will be lucky to be accepted we have to go through interviev. At the meating first good impression is the most important thing in the first 30seconds. The next rated will be behaviour, tone of the voice, eye-contact and the all of conwersation at all. They wil;l be asking about company and the position there we applying for. With the little of luck we will be succeed in the interview and be received to work. Sa bledy?
